With 100% of the Dead Vote in at 12:02 AM November 2, 2004, John Kerry has been declared winner with 110% of the ballots cast. This is slightly more of the 107% cast for Al Gore in 2000, but has shown that the Dead are the Democrats most loyal constituents, going Democrat for last 115 elections. This is a surprise to nobody, including Osama bin-Laden.

As Comrade Stalin once said; it is not who gets the most vote, but rather who counts the votes. Former Comrade Gore knew this too. Former Comrade Gore also knew that the Peter Principal, was directly involved with vote counting, being that if you kept recounting the votes, that each time it would be a different outcome, and further, if you persisted, long enough, many times, you would eventually reached the desired outcome.
